Shareholders

So we were in Phoenix this past weekend for McCarthy's annual shareholders meeting and had an absolute blast! It was a very eventful weekend. We flew in at 7 am, Ryan went to meetings and I went to the pool :) (Which was amazing by the way!!) There was a lazy river, 3 waterslides, a wave pool and about 6 other pools!

Then Friday night a group of us went to RA Sushi for some dinner and drinks......

And Saturday there were more meetings for the guys in the morning, but they got to join us on Saturday afternoon for some waterslides and lazy river :) Then after some relaxation we were off to get dressed for our party!! But before the party I realized that my camera was missing :( We didn't find it until the next day but luckily we found it! But here are a few stolen pics from the "western" party.....

All the girls!!You might not recognize Ryan, he was the rodeo clown :) Which by the way, The horse bull and the clown won the costume contest. They called themselves the Montana State rodeo team. They all graduated from Montana State. We were proud of our boys!!!Sonja was a great southern bell!!

Our costumes were for sure the hit of the party! We showed those Phoenix guys how we do it in Vegas :) We had such a blast! We are very lucky that Ryan works for such a great company and we have the opportunity to do things like this with such great people! If I come across anymore good pictures I will add them.

It is sure good to be home now even though we had such a blast! Annie had a good weekend at grandma and grandpa's house :) But it is sure good to have her cuddly little face back!

First time blogger :)

So I've decided (thanks to my friend Randi) that blogging would be a good way for my friends and family to stay updated with whats going on in mine and Ryan's life. I'm sure that eveyone reading this knows all the basic info so no need for all the details :)

Most recently we've been getting ready for the spring. We've almost finished our backyard so I'm looking forward for lots of bbqs this summer! I've attempted to plant a garden so we'll see how that works out in the Las Vegas heat. I planted green peppers, strawberries, tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, and cilantro. I used some parsley in a casserole so I was pretty proud of it :)

Ryan has been getting our boat ready to take out so we are getting excited for that! We were hoping to go out today because it's been in the 80's but we had a 20 degree drop in temperature in 1 day! Bummer! For those of you who haven't seen a picture of our boat here ya go!

Next weekend is Ryan's shareholders meeting in Phoenix. They put on quite the party! It is a themed costume party and this year it is western themed. I'll post pictures next week so everyone can see our fun costumes!
